1. Application form
All those who are interested in participating this exhibition can download the application form from the
following website: www.chinain.com. The completed application form with either company seal or
authorized signature can be faxed or e-mailed to us. Our fax number is: 0086-571-88360877. Email
address: info@chinain.com You can also send the completed application form to us by mail. Our address: Second floor , 173 Wener
Rd., Hangzhou, China, Post code 310012. Upon receipt of the application form, we will send you a confirmation by fax or e-mail. In case you haven't
got the confirmation within two days after the estimated arrival time of your application form, please contact
us at 0086-571-88360866 ¡¢ 88360892 extension 681 or 619. You are also welcome to ask for the
application form by fax or e-mail.
2. Allocation of the Exhibition Booths
Allocation of the exhibition booths, depending upon the zones, follows the principle ¡°First come, first
served¡±. The detailed steps are: (a) After receiving the exhibition application, we will send you a confirmation
(b) The applicant must pay within one week after confirmation
(c) The evidence of the payment should be faxed to our office in time. In case that the payment doesn't
arrive in time, we have the right to cancel the exhibition booth application. (d) Please refer to the Exhibition Regulation for other issues.
3. Payment
After we have confirmed to you the exhibition booth, in principle, cancellation is not allowed anymore.
